Katfish Salmon Co.
Kat Murphy is the owner of Katfish Salmon Co. and the owner/operator of the F/V Grace. She spends her summer months fishing for salmon in Southeast Alaska utilizing a traditional hook and line method that allows her to catch fish one-at-a-time, ensuring sustainability and quality. In the off-season when not fishing, she sells her catch and other fish she's sourced from small boat fishermen throughout the Pacific Northwest Region. In 2018 she started Katfish Salmon Co, with the goal of providing Pacific Northwest Communities with high quality, traceable seafood direct, from the fisherman to the consumer. This goal includes addressing barriers to food justice within her own community, both through her Fish Club Captain program, and by working with local SNAP Coordinators to develop wholesale contracts geared at getting high quality protein sources into local food banks.

Midori Farm
Quilcene, WA
Midori Farm was started by Hanako Myers and Marko Colby in 2008 on a 5 acre parcel of rented land. In 2013 we purchased 29 acres in the Quilcene valley, which was created by the Little and Big Quilcene rivers flowing from the Olympic Mountains into pristine Quilcene Bay. This confluence has created a deep and fertile sandy clay loam soil ideal for raising crops.
Each year with the help of many hands we've grown many acres of high quality produce, hundreds of thousands of seedlings for area gardens, crafted farm grown fermented vegetables, and provided seeds on contract for commercial seed companies.

Hopscotch Farm + Cannery
Port Townsend, WA
Hopscotch is a “Farm to Jar” operation that grows heirloom produce and crafts farmstead pickles, relish, and jam for farmers market, local groceries, and CSA in Port Townsend, WA.
Operating at a micro-farm scale (on approximately 1/2 acre), I use human-scale, hand-tended organic and sustainable production methods. My goal is to create a regenerative growing system that focuses on soil health, environmental health, and nutrient dense produce. And in the processing kitchen, I focus on quality over quantity and make everything by hand, one small batch at a time.
These methods give me a personal connection to each and every veggie harvested or jar made. Because a single human is intricately involved in each step of the process, from the growing to the prepping to the canning, every product is made with the upmost care and love.

Mystery Bay Farm
Marrowstone Island - Nordland, WA
Mystery Bay Farm is a small scale, family farm operating on five acres on Marrowstone Island. We have been a WSDA certified Grade A Dairy since the spring of 2009. We produce farmstead, goat milk cheeses and yogurt for general sale. Farmstead means we make all of our cheeses and yogurt using only the milk of our animals. In addition to cheese and yogurt, we offer educational farm tours.
We offer tours and classes as a way to educate and integrate the community into the farm. As career educators, we feel that there is a need to inform the greater public about where our food comes from and to provide a genuine experience for the growing number of people interested in artisan, non-industrial food production and farming.
We came to farming via ecology. Our interest in trying to create a truly sustainable farming system grows from observation of natural systems from which the word 'sustainable: resilient, adaptable, evolving and thus stable', is derived. We believe that farming can be done in an ecologically, economically and socially responsible manner. -
Diamond Day Bouquet
Chimacum, WA
Diamond Day Bouquet is nestled above Chimacum Valley, in the fair state of Washington. On our farm we specialize in unique and old-fashioned, garden-style flowers grown organically and with love. As a small, local, family-run farm we are involved in every aspect of our beautiful flowers, from planting the seed, to weeding, and harvesting.
At our farm we feel passionately about growing beautiful flowers. By choosing locally you are not only making a responsible environmental choice, you are also making the choice to be surprised and awed by the variety and depth that local flowers provide. In viticulture, they call it “terrior” — a wine’s depth of flavor is influenced by where the grapes are grown. Seasonal flowers are the same. We grow beautiful Dahlias because they love our maritime climate. We grow Peonies and Heirloom Sweet Peas because they are heart-breakingly lovely and they thrive here. We grow flowers with character and a story far surpassing that of box-store cuts.

Dungeness Valley Creamery
Sequim, WA
The Dungeness Valley Creamery is a family owned and operated raw milk dairy located in Sequim, WA. We practice the most clean and sanitary conditions from the milking parlor to our customers. We eat and drink what we produce, and are proud to be a provider of this high quality natural food throughout Western Washington.
We are proud of our 'girls'!
We make sure they are proud to have us as their keepers. Each cow is named and registered through the American JerseyCattle Association. High quality milk starts with healthy happy cows. We practice rotational grazing seasonally and feed a light corn and soy free grain ration in the milking parlor. We try to balance organic practices with affordability to best serve the demands of our consumers. While in the barn the cows have access to an automated rotary brush for self grooming, and they rest on thick mattresses with a combination of rubber and memory foam that are designed to replicate the comfort of pasture. We continually strive to make the lives of our animals more comfortable. This low stress lifestyle means healthier animals and better quality milk. -

Elevated Ice Cream Co.
Port Townsend, WA
Elevated Ice Cream Co. we’re here to elevate your spirits!
We make all of our ice cream, sherbet and italian ice right here in our kitchen. It is handmade in small batches several days a week, so it is always fresh! Yum!
The scoop on our ingredients:
We love supporting local. We are local! To create our special flavors, we use the highest quality ingredients. For 40 years, we have featured locally grown berries and regionally grown nuts. We use natural flavors, and for a few of our ice creams, natural colors. (Example: Chlorophyll makes our Mint Chip green! Cool!) Most of our ice creams are colored only by the fruits, chocolates or other flavor ingredients in the name. Think of a beautifully red, fresh, local strawberry from our friends at Graysmarsh Farm; we use them in our Strawberry ice cream which makes the color naturally sweet pink! We love partnering with local farms and businesses to create a unique selection of products. -
Chimacum Valley Dairy
Chimacum, WA
Chimacum Valley Dairy has been licensed since 2014 as a Grade A cheese plant. We make several varieties of naturally-rinded raw milk cheeses. We use low mechanization techniques utilizing an olde-world cheesemaking approach. This not only imbues the process with a historical significance to the art of cheesemaking, but also allows the chemical structure of the milk to remain intact, therefore creating a more delicious cheese. Our cheese have a semi-hard pate.

BluJay Kombucha
Port Townsend, WA
Here at BLUJAY we produce a live fermented Kombucha. We have 9 flavors at this time. We also make other fermented foods as well. Kimchi, SourKrauts, Hot sauces and more to come. We have many relationships with local farms that provide us with beautiful organic goods to use in our products. In our facility we use as little chemicals as possible and when we do they are naturally derived and or are environmentally safe. Excluding the use of bleach when it is necessary. We are partnered with a company called Elevated packaging. Together we have created a label that is both beautiful and 100% biodegradable and non toxic. We have been bottling in glass up until now but are moving cans. Cans come at a far better price point and are also far better for the environment in many ways. They also help increase the longevity of the product as they conceal the Kombucha in a completely light free environment. We handle our own distribution and will as long as it makes good sense for us to do so.

We provide fresh, tasty fruit and produce grown in a sustainable way and sold at affordable prices. Our family believes that healthy, organic food should be priced within the reach of consumers. Resources are used in such a way that the land can continue to produce healthy food for generations to come. In a sense, we don’t own the land but have borrowed it from our grandchildren.

Stellar J Farm
Chimacum, WA
Stellar J Farm is located on a 33-acre organic farm along Chimacum Creek, 2.5 miles south of downtown Chimacum. The farm is operated by Janet, Jeff and a small team of fabulous farmers who are enthusiastic and passionate about growing nutritious vegetables and (arguably) the best blueberries in the world. We also have a small tree fruit orchard, and raspberry and strawberry patches. We incorporate chickens into our farming operation to increase soil fertility, and decrease weed and pest pressure. The farm is a patchwork of small vegetable plots, pastures, fallow land, orchards and a 9-acre riparian restoration zone.
We are committed to land stewardship practices that enhance the quality of habitat, soil, water and community. We approach farming with an ethic of curiosity, learning and growing. Our production and practices evolve as we continue to learn, reflect and adapt. We love what we do. We understand farming is hard work and we think having fun while doing it is key to sustainability.

Dharma Ridge Farm
Chimacum, WA
Dharma Ridge Farm was established in 2003 on Dharma Road, a ridge above the Chimacum valley. After moving around the valley leasing different parcels and searching for enough land to grow our farm we finally settled on the historic Boulton Farm, ten miles north of Quilcene. As the farm expanded, we recognized the need for more land to allow for crop rotations, differing soil types and microclimates creating resilience for our operation from the challenges of a changing climate. We currently lease 60 acres on the Historic Glendale farm located in the fertile Chimacum valley, this added land has helped us refine and grow our operation and is the site of our annual Pumpkin patch. We currently grow on about 80 of 160 WSDA Certified Organic acres; both properties are protected by the Jefferson Land Trust ensuring that these fruitful fields will be protected farmland forever. Our fine vegetables can be found in stores across Washington, Oregon, Idaho and even as far as Anchorage Alaska!

Silva Family Farm
Oak Harbor, WA (Whidbey Island)
Pablo Silvia was born in Yucacani, a small town in Guerrero, Mexico. At the age of 14, he arrived in California where he started working at a farm harvesting strawberries. After a couple years of working on farms in California, he moved up North to Mount Vernon, Washington, where he worked on strawberry farms for the next ten years. Frustrated with the long work days and with the toxic spraying practices of these farms, he started working for Bow Hill Blueberries in 2012. While at Bow Hill, Pablo acquired the skills necessary to manage and sustain an organic berry farm, and in 2017 he harnessed those skills and started his own business.
Together with his wife Maura and children, he now operates 2 acres of certified organic Albion strawberries and 3 acres of certified-organic blueberries. Having first-handedly experienced the negative health effects of chemical pesticides, Silva Family Farm takes great care to be good stewards of the land through their practice and advocacy of organic farming methods.

Saltwater Seeds
Chimacum, WA
Saltwater Seeds grows open-pollinated seeds adapted for the Maritime Northwest. About 90% of our varieties are Certified Organic. We are inspired by the endless combinations of colors, textures, flavors, and shapes of the plants we work with. This region has a vibrant agricultural community, thoughtful farmers, engaged farm workers, longtime residents supportive of small-scale, local farming, and a willingness to continually question the role of agriculture in colonial imperialism, unequal land access, and institutionalized racism. Together we are envisioning and enacting systems that will become more just.
As a small, diversified business, we are committed to contributing to our small-scale agricultural economy by finding, selecting, and stewarding varieties that are productive, delicious, beautiful, and well-adapted to our maritime climate. We envision a world where agricultural work is valued as the essential work, where the land is worked by a diverse population making good wages, and there is an assortment of crops in each field that reflects the wide range of people caring for the plants and animals that feed us. We want to work with others who share this vision, and welcome mentors who can help this vision evolve, adapt, and come alive.
When you buy our seeds you are making it possible for us to purchase the equipment that we need to grow more seeds for this community.

CB Nuts
Kingston, WA
CB’s Nuts started with a light bulb moment after buying a bag of roasted peanuts from a vendor outside a Mariners-Orioles baseball game in Baltimore. Clark Bowen (CB) had eaten a lot of peanuts on his baseball trip that summer, but there was something about the smell and flavor of these fresh roasted peanuts that captured his attention — this was a unique product you didn’t find in his native Pacific Northwest, and he imagined himself learning the craft and selling Mariners and Seahawks fans a better peanut in Seattle.
Soon CB was pushing a small barrel roaster to Safeco Field, and at the time, Quest Field, selling peanuts fresh and hot. At first, he was just hoping to make enough money to pay for tickets to the game and to buy a few $8 beers inside, but finding there were a lot of people eager for his product, he knew he had found his calling. Shortly after, CB met Tami, who became his wife and partner in business, and together they've built CB's from the sidewalk up.
Today, CB's Nuts sells the freshest nuts to folks all over the world, grown only by responsible farmers and produced in Kingston, Washington. Our goal is simple...make healthy and delicious snacks for our customers, grown by the best USA farmers, using only simple ingredients.

Sailor Vineyard
Port Townsend, WA
Our Truly “Estate Bottled” wine is produced solely from our own estate grown French hybrid grapes known as Marechal Foch. Commonly called just plain “Foch” (foesh), this deep purple grape is anything but plain.
We keep it simple here at Sailor Vineyard, growing the vines less densely than modern practice and tending and harvesting our dry-farmed vines by hand and with minimal intervention. The vines were selected for their natural disease resistance and great cold hardiness…not to mention they make a deliciously rich, red, all round good wine which pairs well with impunity. We also grow an Italian variety: Dolcetto, meaning “little sweet one” from the Piedmont region of Italy.
This makes a fine, dry – not actually sweet at all – wine of considerable complexity. Very enjoyable!
